Intermediate and Upper Rank students have a choice of class frequency; either two or three evenings/week. Classes are offered Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Students choosing to attend class 2 nights a week have the flexibility of selecting 2 of the 3 classes every week. Students choosing to attend class 3 nights a week have an opportunity to advance in rank more quickly.
Adaptive Taekwon-Do is designed for individuals with physical, emotional, or
intellectual disabilities, and neurodivergent individuals. The class is for individuals who may need
modified support to participate in activities. Our instructors work with each student at their individual ability level to help them build confidence, learn new skills, and achieve success within their own capabilities.
Individuals who are not independent in activities of daily living may participate with a
personal care attendant; someone who is familiar with the student and his/her abilities. There is no charge for personal care attendant, but personal care attendants must register separately and note whom they will be assisting. Ages 10 and up. For more information about Adaptive Recreation (AR), please see the AR page in Loveland's Activity Guide.
Classes will be held Friday evenings from 5-6pm.

Currently, we offer online instruction on Monday evenings from 7:15-8:00PM (Mountain Time). $30/month. Enrollment in the online course is intentionally limited to ensure each student receives the individualized time, attention, and support needed to achieve success.
