New Student Application

By completing this electronic form, I acknowledge:  

• I am responsible for the information contained in the In Nae Student Handbook (libelow).
• A student's conduct outside the dojang reflects the art and the instructor.
• If you wish to practice at another dojang, you must first have your instructor's permission.
• If a student adopts a technique from another school and the In Nae instructor disapproves of it, the student must discard it immediately or train at the gym where the technique was taught.
